Castles
|
| All along the Dordogne valley,
there are sites and castles, such as the castles of Monfort, Beynac and
Castelnaud, that all reflect the region’s history. They will take you from the beginning of
humanity through to the Gallo-Roman era and onto Christianity. The Périgord
offers you a complete picture of the evolution of architecture.
