Chloé and her team, trained in mixology, are happy to make you discover the classics as well as the creation cocktails to provide you a unique experience. They favour local artisans by using regional spirits. Each syrup is homemade from local products or from the garden. You will find authentic flavours in each of their recipes. All the ingredients are there to delight your senses.
A breathtaking wine list
Chloé and Mayliss, our maître d’hôtel, are passionate about the world of oenology. They will be able to pass on their knowledge in a warm and accessible way in order to advise you in the best possible way. Take the road! From Alsace to Languedoc, via Burgundy, our wine list is studied and regularly revised to promote French know-how. Of course, don’t forget to make a stop in the South-West, and more precisely in our sumptuous Bergerac vineyard! Enriched with solid knowledge through training, tastings and numerous visits to estates, they recommend the wines on our menu with accuracy and exaltation.
“Tailor-made” wine and food pairing are proposed on each menu to best accompany your gustatory journey at La Table du Centenaire. Prepared with the greatest care by our team, this experience will aim to magnify your plate while matching your preferences with regard to the types of wines you like.
Selection of exceptional digestives and hot drinks
Let’s keep this idea of sharing and conviviality until the end. To finish your meal, in addition to a selection of the best “classic” digestifs, the team offers you an arranged rum as is customary on Reunion Island, a nod to Chloé and Mathieu, the owners of the premises. These arranged rums are elaborated by each member of the team and thus reflect their personality. This can result in rums with strong characters!
Finally, to complete your sensory experience, discover our hot drinks trolley. A selection of teas, coffees, dried fruits and infusions are on display. It will also be a pleasure for us to show you around our plant garden and then to make your drink in front of you.
